Yohoho Io Game

Yohoho.io is an arena survival game where you play as a pirate shipwrecked on a treacherous island. Starting with nothing but a basic sword, you must navigate the tropical map, collect scattered doubloons, and eliminate players to increase your pirate's size and reach. The gameplay is simple but highly competitive, as you dash and strike your way to becoming the largest buccaneer on the server.

The core loop revolves around taking out smaller pirates while avoiding the massive ones until you are powerful enough to challenge them. As the match progresses, a deadly red storm slowly closes in from the edges of the map, forcing all surviving players into an intense final showdown in the center.

Controls

• Mouse: Move your cursor to steer your pirate.
• Left Click or Spacebar: Attack. Hold to charge a dash attack and release to strike.

Tips

• Charge your attacks: Holding the attack button extends your dash range. Use this to surprise opponents from a distance.
• Wait in the bushes: You are completely invisible when standing inside foliage. Use bushes to ambush larger players or hide when you are at low health.
• Pick your battles: Don't engage players who are significantly larger than you. Focus on collecting coins and picking off smaller targets until you level up.
