G-Switch 3 drops you into a futuristic, fast-scrolling gauntlet where gravity is your only tool for survival. Instead of jumping over the relentless hazards that come your way, you press a single button to invert your gravity, snapping your runner from the floor to the ceiling. As the screen speeds up and the platforms become a maze of spikes and sheer drops, surviving comes down to maintaining an airtight rhythm and lightning-fast reflexes.
While the single-player campaign tests your endurance through a series of increasingly brutal checkpoints, the game truly shines when you bring in people. Up to eight players can cram onto a single keyboard for chaotic, local multiplayer races. Every mistake eliminates a runner until only one remains, turning simple platforming into a frantic competition where sabotaging your friends is just as important as staying alive.
Controls
- Left Click / Any assigned key: Invert gravity
- Multiplayer: Each player uses a single assigned key from the setup menu (default keys include A, M, 1, 3, etc.)
Tips
- Watch the upcoming platform: Don't just stare at your runner. Keep your eyes on the right edge of the screen so you know exactly whether you need to be on the ceiling or the floor before the gap arrives.
- Anticipate the camera: In multiplayer, the camera follows the leader. If you fall too far behind, you'll be eliminated by the edge of the screen, so stay aggressive.
- Use the portals wisely: Some sections feature cloning portals that duplicate your runner. You only need one to survive, so sacrifice the others if it helps you focus on the safest path.
