A game is broken — use the report button
Do not email this one. Every game page has a report button with the reasons already listed: not loading, wrong game opens, fullscreen problem, audio or video problem, or something else. It tags the exact title, so the fix goes to the right build instead of a search through 2,300 of them.
Reported games are checked against the nightly playability sweep, so a report usually turns into a repair or a removal within a day.
Everything else, by route
- Missing game you want added: the request page, not email — requests there are visible and countable
- Copyright or takedown: the DMCA page, which has the details a valid notice needs
- Privacy or data request: the contact listed on the Privacy Policy page
- Business, partnership or press: the support inbox
What makes a message answerable
- The page URL — the game title alone is ambiguous, several games share names
- What you expected and what happened instead
- Browser, device and country, if it is a technical problem (a lot of failures are regional)
- A screenshot, if something rendered wrong rather than not at all
What we prioritise
Security reports, valid rights-holder notices and privacy requests go first, then broken games, then everything else. Business mail is welcome but it is the queue that moves slowest — that is a deliberate ordering, not neglect.
