What we do not do

  • No third-party analytics or tracking scripts are loaded on this site
  • No advertising network, and so no advertising profile or cross-site tracking
  • No selling or sharing of personal data
  • No account required to play, so ordinary use leaves us nothing to store

What is stored, and only if you do it

  • An account: your display name, email address and a hashed password. A session cookie keeps you logged in and nothing else
  • Comments and reports: what you submitted, so it can be shown or acted on
  • Your shelf and play history: kept in your own browser, mirrored to your account only when you are logged in
  • Game progress and save files: written by the game into your browser storage, never sent to us

Things that touch your request on the way in

The site is served through Cloudflare, which handles routing and abuse protection and necessarily processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser. The web server keeps standard access logs for a short period for the same reason.

The games themselves are hosted by their developers on their own domains. When you start one, your browser talks to that host directly and their privacy practices apply inside that frame — we cannot see or control what an embedded game does, and some of them do carry their own advertising.

Getting your data removed

Ask, and it goes. Email the contact on the contact page from the address on the account and we will delete the account, its comments and its history. There is no retention period we are trying to protect, because none of it is worth anything to us.

For comments left anonymously, include the page URL and enough of the text to identify it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and accounts are not knowingly created for them. If you believe a child has registered, tell us and the account will be removed.
