About Slope

Slope drops you onto an endless, procedurally generated neon track where the only direction is down. As a green ball accelerating constantly under gravity, your sole objective is to survive for as long as possible while the speed ramps up and the track becomes increasingly complex.

Every session feels like a high-speed balancing act. The course shifts beneath you with steep drops, narrow bridges, and sudden turns. One wrong move into a red barrier or off the edge ends the run instantly, pushing you into a "just one more try" loop to beat your high score.

Controls

The controls are minimal, leaving you to focus entirely on your reflexes and timing.

  • Left Arrow or A: Steer left
  • Right Arrow or D: Steer right

Tips

  • Look ahead: Don't watch your ball. Keep your eyes further down the track so you can anticipate narrow sections and red blocks before you reach them.
  • Stay centered: After dodging an obstacle, gently guide yourself back to the middle of the track. It gives you the best chance to react to sudden changes on either side.
  • Use micro-adjustments: At high speeds, holding a directional key will throw you off the edge. Use light taps to maintain control.

Slope is the perfect browser game for testing your reflexes in short, intense bursts.

Slope FAQ

What is a good score in Slope?
There is no maximum score because the track is endless, but passing a score of 50 shows you have mastered the basics. Reaching 100 or above requires excellent reflexes and track anticipation.
Does the track in Slope ever end?
No, the course is procedurally generated as you play. It will continuously build new ramps, tunnels, and obstacles until your ball falls off the edge or hits a red block.
Why does my ball keep flying off the track?
At higher speeds, the physics become very sensitive. Instead of holding the turn keys down, try tapping them lightly to make small adjustments without losing control.
