Slope is an iconic 3D endless runner where you guide a rolling ball down a procedurally generated, neon-lined grid. The concept is pure momentum: gravity constantly pulls you forward, and the track twists, banks, and suddenly drops away into the void. Your only tool is left-and-right steering to avoid plunging off the edge or hitting the lethal red obstacles.
Every run starts at a manageable pace, but the ball rapidly accelerates. The physics are demanding, meaning even the slightest overcorrection can throw you off course, making high scores a genuine challenge of muscle memory and anticipation.
Controls
- A / Left Arrow: Steer left
- D / Right Arrow: Steer right
Tips
- Keep your eyes focused far down the track rather than directly on your ball. This gives you extra milliseconds to anticipate sharp turns and red blocks.
- Make microscopic taps on the steering keys. Momentum builds quickly, and holding a key down will almost always result in oversteering off the edge.
- Try to re-center yourself after dodging. Staying near the middle of the path gives you the best chance to swerve in either direction when the track suddenly narrows.
