Run 3 Away takes the classic endless runner format and flips it on its head—literally. You control a small alien sprinting down a series of precarious space tunnels suspended in a starry void. The core twist is gravity: as you strafe up the walls to avoid massive gaps in the floor, the entire tunnel rotates around you. The wall you just touched becomes your new floor, opening up entirely new paths and forcing you to constantly adapt your spatial awareness.
The pace is blistering, but the controls are tight enough to make every near-miss feel earned. Whether you are playing the endless mode to see how far you can survive or tackling the level-by-level explore mode, you will need sharp reflexes. Memorizing the tunnel shapes and knowing exactly when to rotate the world is the only way to avoid drifting off into empty space.
Controls
The movement is minimal but highly responsive, focusing entirely on evasion and rotation.
- Left and Right Arrows (or A/D): Move side to side and rotate the tunnel by walking onto the walls.
- Up Arrow, Spacebar, or W: Jump over gaps.
Tips
- Control your jump height: A quick tap of the jump key gives you a short hop, which is perfect for clearing small gaps quickly. Hold the jump key longer to float across massive missing floor sections.
- Rotate early and often: Do not wait until you are out of floor. If you see a difficult section ahead, look at the adjacent walls and rotate the tunnel beforehand to find a wider, safer path.
- Focus on the horizon: Keep your eyes focused slightly ahead of your alien rather than directly underneath it. Anticipating the upcoming gaps gives you much more time to plan your wall rotations.
