Gun Mayhem 2: More Mayhem trades traditional health bars for pure arena chaos, expanding on the explosive formula of the original. Developed by Kevin Gu, this platform shooter drops you into floating maps where the only way to win is to blast your opponents off the edge. Every shot you land increases their knockback vulnerability, turning matches into frantic scrambles for heavy weapons and safe ground.

The game is built from the ground up for chaotic local multiplayer, supporting up to four players huddled around a single keyboard. Weapons spawn randomly from crates falling out of the sky, ranging from basic submachine guns to absurdly overpowered rocket launchers. If you are playing solo, the Campaign mode offers a surprisingly tough gauntlet of AI challenges and boss fights that force you to actually learn the movement mechanics rather than just holding down the trigger.

Controls

Movement is snappy, and mastering the double jump is non-negotiable if you want to survive.

• Player 1: Use Arrow Keys to move, Z to shoot, and X to throw a bomb.
• Player 2: Use WASD to move, T to shoot, and Y to throw a bomb.
• Player 3: Use Numpad (8,4,5,6) to move, Numpad 0 to shoot, and Numpad Enter for bombs.
• Player 4: Use Numpad (/,7,8,9) to move, Numpad * to shoot, and Numpad - for bombs.

Tips

• Save your second jump: Getting shot pushes you horizontally. If you burn your double jump while you are still over the platform, you will have no way to recover when an explosive sends you flying over the abyss.
• Control the crates: A player with a shotgun or a sniper rifle can lock down the entire arena. Prioritize grabbing weapon drops over chasing kills.
• Dash to survive: Double-tapping a directional key makes your character dash. This is the fastest way to escape the blast radius of incoming bombs.
