Fancy Pants 3 Game

The Fancy Pants Adventure: World 3 is the third chapter in Brad Borne's flash-era platformer series, released in 2012. Fancy Pants Man's little sister, Cutie Pants Girl, has been kidnapped by pirates, and he sets off across nine levels to get her back.

The core feel is the same momentum-based running and jumping the series is known for — build up speed, bounce off enemies' heads to chain higher jumps, and use wall kicks to scale vertical sections. World 3 adds swimming sections and, partway through, a sword-like pencil you can pick up to attack enemies directly instead of only stomping them.

Controls

Left/Right Arrow keys to move, Down Arrow to duck, S to jump, A to attack once you've found the pencil, R to reset to the last checkpoint.

Tips

• Keep your run going into jumps — momentum carries you further than jumping from a standstill.
• Bouncing off an enemy's head chains into a higher second jump, useful for reaching ledges you can't clear directly.
• Wall kicks (jump toward a wall, then jump again) open up vertical routes that look like dead ends.
