In Factory Balls Forever, you are tasked with recreating a perfectly painted sphere to match a specific design by applying various masks and dipping it into paint. It is a logic puzzle that requires you to mentally reverse-engineer the steps to achieve the final look. You begin each level with a blank white ball, a set of colorful paint buckets, and a few peculiar masking tools like hats, belts, and safety glasses.
The trick is all in the layering order. Placing a hat on the ball protects its top half from the next dip in the paint, while wrapping it in a belt leaves a clean stripe around the middle. Since each tool covers a unique area, you have to carefully plan your sequence of painting and masking. The difficulty ramps up as the target designs become intricate, demanding a methodical approach to layer colors without ruining your previous work.
Controls
- Mouse: Click and drag the ball onto tools and paint buckets to apply them. You can also drag it to the trash bin to reset the level.
Tips
- Deconstruct the target ball by looking at the top-most layer first. Whatever color or pattern is fully visible without interruption should be your final step.
- The same mask can be used multiple times. You might need to place a belt, paint the exposed areas, remove it to paint something else, and then place it back.
- If you are stuck, use the trash bin to clear your ball. Starting fresh often helps you see the sequence from a new perspective.
