Block Puzzle Game

Block Puzzle is a calm, unhurried block-placement game that tests your spatial awareness without the ticking clock of falling pieces. You are presented with an empty 10x10 grid and a tray of three random block shapes below it. The goal is to fit these pieces onto the board, creating full horizontal or vertical lines to clear them and score points. Since nothing moves until you place it, you can take all the time you need to find the perfect fit.

The challenge comes from the fact that you must place all three pieces from your tray before a new set appears. If a piece cannot fit anywhere on the board, the game is over. Because you cannot rotate the blocks, every move requires thinking a few steps ahead to leave space for awkward shapes, especially the large 3x3 squares that can easily end a promising run.

Controls

• Mouse/Touch: Click or tap and hold a block from the bottom tray to pick it up.
• Drag: Move the block over the grid to your desired location.
• Release: Let go to drop the block. Once placed, it cannot be moved again.

Tips

• Leave open areas: Always keep a 3x3 space empty somewhere on your board. The game frequently hands out large square blocks, and lacking space for them means an instant game over.
• Clear lines consistently: While building up a massive multi-line clear is satisfying, leaving too many blocks on the board while waiting for a specific piece can backfire. Keep the board as clean as possible.
• Use edges and corners: Place awkwardly shaped pieces like the L-shapes in the corners. This keeps the center of the board versatile and open for straight lines or squares.
