Apple Knight Game

Apple Knight is a finely-tuned 16-bit action platformer where you slash and dash your way through beautifully detailed kingdoms. You take control of a sword-wielding hero tasked with clearing out enemy-infested forests and dark dungeons. Alongside your blade, your primary projectile is exactly what it sounds like—a limitless supply of apples you can hurl at distant enemies before they get into melee range.

The movement feels incredibly fluid, rewarding momentum as you string together double jumps and dashes. Every stage is a maze of precarious platforms, spike pits, and hidden alcoves. If you explore carefully, you will find secret passages disguised as solid walls that hide treasure chests filled with gold and gems, which you can spend between levels to upgrade your armor and abilities.

Controls

• WASD or Arrow Keys: Move and crouch
• Spacebar or Up Arrow: Jump (press again for double jump)
• Z or J: Attack with sword
• X or K: Throw an apple
• C or L: Dash

Tips

• Walk into walls: Secret areas are everywhere. If a wall looks like a dead end but you see a slightly different texture, try walking straight through it.
• Apples for airborne enemies: Flying bats move erratically and are difficult to hit with your sword. Use your apples to take them out from a safe distance.
• Time your dashes: The dash move lets you clear large gaps, but it also gives you a brief window of invincibility. Use it to dodge through incoming projectiles.
