2 Minute Football is a fast, mouse-only take on arcade American football. You play quarterback for the "Helmet Bowl," and each match runs on a strict two-minute clock, so there's no huddling: you're either lining up a throw or scrambling for extra yards from the moment the ball is snapped.
The scoring target is fixed and low, which is what makes the pace work: three touchdowns wins the match. That means a single dropped pass or a stuffed run can cost you the game, and a two-minute clock leaves no time to play conservatively once you're behind.
Controls
- Click: throw the ball to a receiver anywhere on the field.
- Click and drag: steer your ball carrier while running.
There's no keyboard involved — every play, pass and juke is driven entirely by the mouse (or a finger, on touch devices), which is also why it plays the same on desktop and mobile.
Tips
- Since a game is won on three scores, prioritize a clean, low-risk throw over a longer one you might not complete in time.
- Watch the defense before you drag your runner into open space — clicking too early into a crowded lane usually ends the drive.
- The two-minute clock rewards decisiveness: hesitating between two receivers often loses more time than either throw would have.
