Truck Trials is a side-scrolling, physics-based driving game developed by Famobi. Behind the wheel of a massive, suspension-heavy monster truck, players must navigate a series of increasingly treacherous obstacle courses to reach the finish line. The challenge lies in balancing speed and momentum with careful rotation, ensuring your vehicle traverses steep ramps, piles of barrels, and vertical drops without flipping over or sustaining catastrophic structural damage.

Across 20 distinct stages, players are rated on their time and the number of star bags they successfully collect. The star bags are often positioned in hard-to-reach areas, requiring calculated leaps and precise landings. Collecting stars not only improves your stage rating but also allows you to purchase and unlock superior monster trucks in the garage. These upgraded trucks feature better speed, stronger traction, and more durable chassis, which are essential for beating target times on later, more complex courses.

Controls

• Up Arrow or W: Accelerate and drive forward.
• Down Arrow or S: Apply brakes and reverse.
• Left Arrow or A: Tilt and rotate the truck backward (use to balance in mid-air).
• Right Arrow or D: Tilt and rotate the truck forward.
• On-Screen Buttons: Mobile and touchscreen players can steer and balance using virtual touch buttons.

Tips for Earning Three Stars

• Balance in Mid-Air: Whenever your truck leaves a ramp, use the rotation keys (A/D or Left/Right arrows) to align the wheels parallel to the landing surface. Landing flat prevents bounce-back and absorbs impact damage.
• Throttle Control is Key: Flooring the accelerator is a quick way to flip over. Approach steep hills and bumpy sections with moderate speed, accelerating only when you have solid traction.
• Replay with Better Trucks: If a target time feels impossible to beat on your first try, continue to the next level. Once you unlock a faster truck with improved suspension, return to previous stages to easily claim three stars.
