Tri Peaks deals a single deck of cards across three overlapping pyramids. You clear a card by tapping one in the open row that's exactly one rank higher or lower than the card currently on top of the waste pile — clear an ace off a two, a king off a queen, and so on. Chain enough consecutive plays and you rack up bonus points before the streak breaks.
The trick is reading the board a few moves ahead. Cards buried under two others in a peak only free up once both of the cards sitting on top of them are gone, so a play that looks obvious right now can quietly block a better line two moves later. When you run out of legal moves, drawing from the stock resets your options, but the stock is limited, so wasting draws early tends to catch up with you in the final peak.
Controls
Point and click (or tap on a touchscreen) the card you want to play. There's nothing else to learn — no keyboard shortcuts, no drag-and-drop.
Tips
- Uncover a peak's buried cards before chasing a long chain elsewhere on the board — a hidden card you never freed can end a run you were otherwise winning.
- When two moves are both legal, prefer the one that exposes a new card over the one that just extends your combo by one.
- Watch your stock count. If you're low, start being selective about which draws you actually use.
It's a short, replayable round rather than a long session — good for a quick game between things.
