Forgotten Hill Disillusion: The Library is the free opening chapter of FM Studio's point-and-click puzzle series, set inside the eerie Forgotten Hill Museum. You play as Mr. Larson, wandering through the library's rooms as strange objects, locked doors and half-finished riddles slowly reveal what happened to him.

Each room hides a handful of interactive objects. Click around to examine them, pick up anything that looks useful, and carry it in your inventory until you find where it belongs. The pace is slow and deliberate rather than reflex-driven — most of a session is spent looking closely, testing item combinations, and piecing together what each strange exhibit is trying to tell you.

Controls

Everything is mouse-only: click an object to look at it, click again to pick it up, and click an inventory item on a door or puzzle piece to use it.

The Library is the first chapter of the larger Forgotten Hill Disillusion story, so it works well as a short, atmospheric introduction if you want to see whether the series' slower, riddle-heavy style of horror is for you.
