Flip Runner is a casual physics game where you attempt to perform spectacular parkour flips from towering heights. Standing on antennas, solar panels, and building edges, you launch off the platform and string together flips in mid-air. The challenge lies in timing your rotations perfectly to stick a clean landing on a designated target zone below.
Every movement relies on a ragdoll physics engine, making both your successful landings and spectacular crashes equally entertaining. Judging your momentum is essential—over-rotate and your character will land on their head, under-rotate and they will crash flat on their back. Progressing through the stages means dealing with tighter landing zones and steeper drops, turning a simple concept into a tense test of precision.
Controls
- Click and hold (or tap and hold) to charge your initial jump, then release to leap.
- Click and hold again mid-air to tuck in your legs and begin spinning.
- Release just before hitting the ground to straighten out and land squarely on your feet.
Tips
- Nail the basics first: Do not try to force a double flip if you do not have the height for it. Landing on your feet successfully is always the top priority to avoid failing the level.
- Use the release timing: When you stop tucking, your character extends their body, significantly slowing down their spin. Use this mechanic to fine-tune your angle right before touching down.
- Hit the bullseye: Landing dead in the center of the target zone keeps your run going and rewards you with extra coins, which are used to unlock new acrobats and urban locations.
