Basketball.io throws you straight into fast-paced streetball where scoring is all about timing and positioning. You control your player on a compact court, racing against the clock and rival players to sink the most baskets. When you have the ball, getting close to the hoop triggers spectacular automatic dunks. But when you are on defense, it becomes a wild scramble to tackle the ball handler and steal possession before they can score.

The beauty of this game is how it strips away complex basketball rules like fouls and out-of-bounds, leaving only the pure adrenaline of the rush to the hoop. Matches are short, chaotic, and heavily rely on your ability to weave through defenders or aggressively shut down opponents who are lining up a shot.

Controls

• Move: WASD, Arrow keys, or drag with the mouse
• Shoot / Dunk: Automatic when in the glowing zone near the hoop
• Steal: Run directly into the opponent holding the ball

Tips

• Stay in motion: Standing still makes you an easy target for a tackle. Always keep moving, even when you do not have the ball.
• Guard the hoop: If an opponent gets past you, sprint straight to your basket to intercept them just before they trigger their automatic dunk.
• Use the crowd: When everyone is fighting for a loose ball, let them collide first, then swoop in to grab it while they are recovering.
