Stick Defenders is a merge-and-defend game: you build up an army of stickman gunmen by dragging identical units together, then hold a wall against wave after wave of attackers. There's no manual aiming or shooting — your job is entirely economic, deciding which units to merge into stronger ones and when to spend on upgrades instead.
Each wave adds pressure, so the early minutes are about clearing space and merging fast, while later waves reward a stronger, more selective army over a cluttered one. A spin-the-wheel bonus occasionally hands you extra units or upgrades, adding a small swing of luck to an otherwise strategic loop.
Controls
Left mouse button (or a finger on touchscreens) to select and drag a unit. Drop one unit on an identical one to merge them into a stronger unit.
Tips
- Don't merge everything immediately — keep a couple of low-tier units on the wall to soak hits while you build up a merge chain.
- Prioritize merging the units nearest to breaking through rather than the ones that are easiest to pair.
- Spend spin-the-wheel rewards on filling gaps in your line rather than hoarding them.
It's a good fit for short sessions where you want a bit of steady progression without needing quick reflexes — everything runs in the browser with nothing to install.
