About Hop Chop

Hop Chop puts you in charge of a sword-swinging pig who never stops bouncing forward. Every click sends your piggie into another hop, and how you time that click decides whether it clears the next obstacle, slices through an enemy in its path, or gets clipped and knocked off its rhythm.

There's no long level to memorize, just an endless lane of hazards and stars that gets faster the longer you last. Stars you collect along the way add up to a score you can spend between runs on new outfits and weapons for your pig, so a bad run still leaves you with something to show for it.

Controls

Mouse click or screen tap — timed correctly, it both jumps your pig forward and swings its weapon at whatever's in reach.

Tips

  • Click on rhythm rather than mashing — Hop Chop rewards a steady beat more than fast reflexes.
  • Grab stars on your way through obstacles rather than detouring for them; a clean path matters more than a full pocket.
  • Spend earned points on a new weapon early — some swing wider than the starting sword and make timing more forgiving.

It's a quick, replayable pick-up-and-play game, best suited to short sessions where you're chasing a new personal best rather than settling in for a long play.

Hop Chop FAQ

How do you play Hop Chop?
Click your mouse or tap the screen to time each jump — the same click also swings your pig's weapon at anything in reach.
Does Hop Chop work on mobile?
Yes, it runs in a mobile browser with tap controls instead of mouse clicks, no download needed.
What do the stars in Hop Chop do?
Stars collected during a run add up to points you can spend afterward on new outfits and weapons for your pig.
Is there an ending or level list in Hop Chop?
No, it's an endless run that keeps speeding up the longer you survive, so the goal is beating your own best score rather than finishing levels.
